Our Warranty Terms and Conditions

GOMEZ TIRE DISCOUNT products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the original date of receipt. Our sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at GOMEZ TIRE DISCOUNT sole discretion. 

If the item stopped production or out of stock, we will offer a refund or customer can pay balance to get another one. Refund for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency.  (Clearance items don’t enjoy warranty service).

What items are returnable?

 You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

They must be in original condition

*Please note that we do not provide free return for the product that does not have a manufacturing defect in material, electronic and workmanship.
